Road Pothole Detection System

A pothole is an open crack developed on roads owing to varied climatic situations and exposure heavy-load trucks. Potholes are acting as one of the major causes accidents economic loss in repair vehicles. Hence this paper proposes a detection system that assists drivers avoiding potholes road by providing prior warnings using YOLOV7 machine learning technique. The warning can be like buzzer while vehicle approaches pothole. This concept expanded create vehicles detect humps other irregularities. application depicted work effectively reduces problem increasing caused ensuring accuracy real-time about 94.5% at efficient complexity than state-of-art approaches.
